Management Buy-Out Opportunity
The owner of an insurance business was considering the future of
his business. The general manager had been offered the opportunity
to buy the business. After a detailed assessment we advised against
the purchase.
Increased Value prior to sale
Our assessment (see more here) of an
electrical contracting business helped them increase their offering
to customers, enhancing the forward order book. The value of the
business increased by approximately 40% following this change.
Opportunistic Acquisition
A software house had been approached by one of its competitors
with a view to combining the two businesses. After an assessment of
the opportunity we recommended no action and the competitor
collapsed a few months later.
Company Sale
An owner managed web designer exited his business for a value in
excess of his expectations. His business continues to flourish under
