When you are busy running a business it is easy to drown in the detail of day to day operations. A number of our clients use us as a sounding board to discuss strategic options during a monthly or quarterly review.
Business Planning
Strategic reviews can only work if the overall strategic direction is agreed and planned. Many of our clients use us to develop and enhance the long term plan for the business.
Working capital management
Tim Luscombe has special expertise in working capital management and has had several articles published including "How to get paid on time". Tim has hosted workshops and conferences for CIMA and their clients focused on improving working capital management.
Overseas Development
Tim has lived and worked in Europe, the US and Asia. He has an excellent understanding of the cultural, legal and taxation challenges of operating in unfamiliar parts of the world and has helped clients establish businesses in countries from Korea to the Ukraine
